Gluten Free Banana Almond Bread Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 0.5 cup coconut oil
  • 3 large bananas mashed
  • 0.25 cup chia seeds soaked in 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup raisins soaked and drained
  • 2 tablespoons agave
  • 2 teaspoons almond extract
  • pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 2 pie pans.Mix all ingredients togerther and pour into greased pans. Bake for 35 mins.Serve warm, topped with sliced bananas  (Recipe♦436)
