Ingredients
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons turmeric powder or 4-inch piece of fresh turmeric, grated
- 2 tablespoons honey or 16 drops monkfruit extract
- 2" piece fresh ginger grated
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 5 peppercorns
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over meduim heat. Simmer for 20 mins. Strain through a fine mesh or cheesecloth into mugs. Serve hot. (Recipe♦446)
