Ingredients
- mixed greens arugula, young kale, spinach, dandelion
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 0.5 grapefruit peeled and segmented
- 2 figs
- 1 green onion thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons vinegar cider or white wine
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss and serve. (Recipe♦449)
