This easy soup restores energy and balances your electrolytes which helps the heart. You can eat this every day - almost like a supplement!
Servings 2 Servings

Ingredients
  

  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup String Beans, chopped
  • 1 Handful Chopped Parsley
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon ghee

Instructions
 

  • In a medium pot, heat ghee and add all ingredients. Add enough water to cover.Cook at medium-low heat, until the vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.Puree in a food processor, blender or use an immersion blender.Eat as a side dish if there isn't enough liquid to call a soup.
