Ingredients
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 cup String Beans, chopped
- 1 Handful Chopped Parsley
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon ghee
Instructions
- In a medium pot, heat ghee and add all ingredients. Add enough water to cover.Cook at medium-low heat, until the vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.Puree in a food processor, blender or use an immersion blender.Eat as a side dish if there isn't enough liquid to call a soup.
