Greens In Coconut Milk

Ingredients
- 2 bunches greens kale, collards, chard
- coconut oil to coat the pan
- salt to taste
- 1 lime juiced
- Half of a 13.5 oz can coconut milk
Instructions
- Wash and cut the greens into thin ribbons. Heat coconut oil in a large pan on medium-high heat and flash fry the greens for one minute. Add salt, lime juice, and coconut milk. Simmer for 2 mins. The greens should be bright green. Serve warm. (Recipe♦465)
