Greens In Coconut Milk

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunches greens kale, collards, chard
  • coconut oil to coat the pan
  • salt to taste
  • 1 lime juiced
  • Half of a 13.5 oz can coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the greens into thin ribbons. Heat coconut oil in a large pan on medium-high heat and flash fry the greens for one minute. Add salt, lime juice, and coconut milk. Simmer for 2 mins. The greens should be bright green. Serve warm.  (Recipe♦465)
