Guacamole
Course Dips, Spreads & Hummus

Ingredients
- 2 (about 1 lb) Hass avocados peeled, pitted, diced into ½" cubes
- 1 medium tomato, finely diced
- 0.5 small red onion, finely diced
- 0.5 cup chopped cilantro
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 0.25 teaspoon Tabasco sauce or red pepper flakes, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt to taste, if allowed
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, toss the tomatoes with the onion, cilantro, lime juice, Tabasco sauce and 1 tsp. salt, and let sit for about 5 mins. Add the avocado and with a fork, gently mash it into the tomato mixture. Serve immediately. (Recipe♦472)
