Homemade Ketchup

Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste 6 oz can
- 0.5 cup cooked, pureed carrots
- 0.25 cup water
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon dry mustard
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon ground allspice
- 0.25 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and let simmer until reduced by half, about 15 mins. Let cool. Refrigerate. (Recipe♦483)
