Homemade Yogurt

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt with active cultures
  • 8 cups organic milk full or low fat

Instructions
 

  • Rub the yogurt into the botton of a deep glass dish.Heat the milk until it begins to boil and then remove it from the heat. Let it cool to 90 - 100°F. Add the warm milk to the glass dish, cover it and leave it in a warm place — unheated oven works well — for 10 - 12 hrs.  Refrigerate and enjoy.  (Recipe♦487)
