Lemon Tarragon Dressing

Ingredients
- 5 tarragon
- 1 fresh chives or parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons vinegar light flavored
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 6 tablespoons walnut or olive oil
- salt if permitted
- water as needed to thin dressing
Instructions
- Pull off the leaves from the tarragon sprigs, and blend with remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender. The mixture will be thick and creamy. Drizzle in a bit of water while processing to bring it to the consistency you desire. (Recipe #532)
