Low-Carb Zucchini, Almond, Avocado Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1.5 cups shredded zucchini unpeeled, shredded in a food processor
- 0.25 teaspoon liquid stevia double if you want more sweetness
- 1 avocado mashed
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.333333 cup cacao powder unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup dark, low-carb chocolate chips LILY’S Dark Chocolate Premium Baking Chips, Stevia Sweetened, 55% Cocoa
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Pour into a greased 9x9 inch baking pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and slice into 2 inch squares. (10g carbs, 4g fiber, 6g net carbs per brownie)
