Mango Ginger Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup mango frozen or fresh
- 2.5 cups almond milk or water
- 0.5 cup almonds
- 6 pitted medjool dates
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon dried ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Soak chia seeds in enough milk or water to cover for 15 minutes. In a blender, combine with remaining ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate for 6-24 hours until reaches the desired thickness. (Recipe #556)
