Mango Mint Frappe
Start preparations a day ahead because you'll need to freeze the banana and mango.

Ingredients
- 3 bananas peeled, chopped and frozen
- 3 mangoes peeled, chopped and frozen
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar optional, omit for Whole30
- 1 tray of ice cubes
- coconut water as needed for consistency
- cacao nibs for garnish
Instructions
- Place everything into a high speed blender and process. Slowly drizzle in coconut water as needed to make the consistency creamy but still thick. Serve in individual dishes or glasses, and garnish with cacao nibs. (Recipe♦550)
