Tasty meat balls with NO meat, eggs or gluten!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds mushrooms ground in a food processor
  • 2 cups prepared lentils drained
  • 1 vegan egg substitute beaten
  • 0.5 cup pitted olives chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Mix the mushrooms, lentils, egg-substitute and olives.Use a tablespoon or ice cream scoop coated in olive oil to make uniform sized balls. If the mixture is too wet, squeeze out the water as you form them.Bake on a baking sheet for 20 minutes.  (Recipe #568)
