Mushroom Chinese Broccoli Medley

Ingredients
- oli for sautéing
- 1 pound baby Chinese broccoli green or other Asian greens
- 1 package Maitake mushrooms
- 1 package Enoki mushrooms
- broth just enough to lightly steam the vegetable
Instructions
- Remove the soiled ends of the mushrooms and pull the mushrooms apart. Coarsely chop the greens. Heat the oil and sauté the greens, hot but brief. Add the mushrooms and toss with greens for a minute or two. Add just enough broth to steam the medley for a minute or two. (Recipe #589)
