No-Bean Zucchini Hummus

No-Bean Zucchini Hummus

This hummus is thinner than the typical hummus texture, making it great for a salad dressing or dip.
Servings 2 cups

Ingredients
  

  • 2 zucchinis, chopped
  • 0.75 cup tahini
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • lemon juice optional
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cumin or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.  (Recipe #593)
