No-Bean Zucchini Hummus
From Lynn at our (mostly raw) vegan meetingThis hummus is thinner than the typical hummus texture, making it great for a salad dressing or dip.

Servings 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 zucchinis, chopped
- 0.75 cup tahini
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic
- lemon juice optional
- 1 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
- 0.25 teaspoon ground cumin or to taste
Instructions
- Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. (Recipe #593)
