Orange and Blueberry Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 5 oranges peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 pint blueberries washed
  • 0.5 bunch parsley leaves
  • 0.5 bunch cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons red onion minced
  • black pepper freshly ground to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate and eat within two days.  (Recipe #599)
