Orange and Blueberry Salsa

Ingredients
- 5 oranges peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 pint blueberries washed
- 0.5 bunch parsley leaves
- 0.5 bunch cilantro
- 2 tablespoons red onion minced
- black pepper freshly ground to taste
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate and eat within two days. (Recipe #599)
