Ingredients
- 10 fresh mint
- 10 flat-leaf parsley
- 0.5 red pepper finely chopped
- 6 plums finely chopped
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- 0.5 red onion minced
- 1 piece of ginger grated
- 1 lime juiced
- of olive oil
Instructions
- Remove and chop the leaves from the fresh herbs, and combine with remaining ingredients. This salsa can be served with black beans, eggs or fish dishes. (Recipe #635)
