Plum Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 5 plums chopped
  • 0.5 bunch fresh cilantro chopped
  • 0.5 cup red onion chopped
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 ginger or to taste, finely grated
  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar or honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix the citrus juices with the olive oil, ginger, agave/honey, and salt to taste. Toss with the chopped ingredients. Serve with black beans, grilled meats or baked fish.  (Recipe #636)
