Plum Salsa

Ingredients
- 5 plums chopped
- 0.5 bunch fresh cilantro chopped
- 0.5 cup red onion chopped
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 ginger or to taste, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar or honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Mix the citrus juices with the olive oil, ginger, agave/honey, and salt to taste. Toss with the chopped ingredients. Serve with black beans, grilled meats or baked fish. (Recipe #636)
