Pluot & Pomegranate Salsa

Ingredients
- 3 pluots (if using plums instead, use 4 firm ones) chopped
- 1 orange or red bell pepper chopped
- 0.333333 bunch fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 pomegranate seeded
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lime juiced
- 0.75 piece of ginger finely grated
- 1 dash salt
Instructions
- Combine the pluots/plums, peppers, cilantro and pomegranate seeds. Blend with remaining ingredients, making sure the ginger is well distributed. Serve with grilled meats or to garnish a bean stew. (Recipe #637)
