Pluot & Pomegranate Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 3 pluots (if using plums instead, use 4 firm ones) chopped
  • 1 orange or red bell pepper chopped
  • 0.333333 bunch fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 pomegranate seeded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 0.75 piece of ginger finely grated
  • 1 dash salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine the pluots/plums, peppers, cilantro and pomegranate seeds. Blend with remaining ingredients, making sure the ginger is well distributed. Serve with grilled meats or to garnish a bean stew.   (Recipe #637)
