Raw Creamy Tomato Sauce
Serve with julienne vegetables, those cut on a spruli gadget, or shredded vegetables such as zucchini; or serve sauce over baby spinach or other greens.

Ingredients
- 10 sun-dried tomatoes halves soaked for a few hours in water
- 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes Can substitute 1/2 regular tomato or one plum tomato
- 0.25 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 pitted dates
- 0.5 cup tomato soak water
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
- 0.75 teaspoon basil
Instructions
