Raw Creamy Tomato Sauce

Serve with julienne vegetables, those cut on a spruli gadget, or shredded vegetables such as zucchini; or serve sauce over baby spinach or other greens.

Ingredients
  

  • 10 sun-dried tomatoes halves soaked for a few hours in water
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes Can substitute 1/2 regular tomato or one plum tomato
  • 0.25 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 0.5 cup tomato soak water
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.75 teaspoon basil

Instructions
