Raw Vegan Burger

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw almonds soaked 4 hours and drained
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds soaked 4 hours and drained
  • 0.25 cup flax seeds soaked in 1/2 cup water for 1 hour
  • 3 cups grated carrots
  • 0.25 cup chopped basil or fresh herbs of choice
  • 1 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • olive oil
  • optional additions:
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 avocado mashed
  • 2 tablespoons tahini

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, combine the nuts and seeds, pulsing until they are quite smooth. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Form patties and serve raw. Makes about 12 small patties, enough for 6 servings.
