Roasted Turnips

Ingredients
- 6 turnips
- olive oil enough to coat pan
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice turnips in rounds. Drizzle enough olive oil onto a cookie sheet to coat the pan. Place turnip rounds on the cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground pepper. Roast at 450 degrees until slightly crispy and brown, about 15-20 minutes. Turn over the turnip rounds. Continue roasting until second side is browned, another 15-20 minutes. (Recipe #729)
