Romaine & Avocado Salad with Bacon Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 head of romaine lettuce washed, dried and torn into bite-sized pieces
- 2 avocados peeled, pitted and cubed
- 3 slices thick cut bacon chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place romaine lettuce and avocado in a large salad bowl. In a frying pan, cook bacon to desired crispness. Remove from heat and whisk in remaining ingredients. Pour warm dressing over salad. Toss and serve. (Recipe♦733)
