Ruby Slaw

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch red chard
  • 1 bunch red kale
  • 1 head of red cabbage
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts toasted if desired

Instructions
 

  • Drain and rinse the chard and kale, and slice both into thin ribbons. Finely shred the cabbage in a food processor. Combine everything in a large bowl, and add the chopped walnuts. Dress with Lemon Garlic Dressing and toss well. For added sweetness, add a few drops of stevia to the dressing or mix into the salad, and serve.  (Recipe #740)
