Ingredients
- 2.5 cups almond flour
- 0.5 cup sesame seeds
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.25 cup ricotta cheese or full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup currants soaked in hot water for a few minutes, then drained
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Mix all ingredients except currants in a food processor until well blended. Pulse the currants into the dough.Pour batter into a greased pie plate. (Line the plate with parchment too, for easy clean-up.) Bake 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
