Ingredients
- 1 sweet pepper orange, yellow, purple or green
- 7 radishes long, thin variety are a good choice, if available
- 6 turnips
- 6 carrots
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
Instructions
- Julienne all vegetables using a food processor. Whisk together the lemon juice, vinegar, oil and salt. Toss with the salad and serve. (Recipe #758)
