Spicy Orange Salad, Moroccan Style

Ingredients
- 3 large seedless oranges such as navel oranges
- 0.125 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 0.333333 cup chopped parsley
- 12 black olives pitted and chopped
- 2 avocados chopped
Instructions
- Peel and wedge oranges, and cut into 1-inch pieces. In a bowl combine the next six ingredients (spices, garlic, oil, vinegar, plus salt and pepper) and whisk. Add oranges, parsley, olives, avocado and toss. This is delicious served with steamed fresh asparagus tossed with butter. (Recipe #784)
