Sunflower Seed Pate with Lime & Chili

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw sunflower seeds soaked about 4 hours in water, and drained
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 8 sun-dried tomatoes soaked in water until soft
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 0.5 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 scallion, minced
Instructions
- Place all ingredients, except scallions, into the bowl of the food processor with the S blade and process until it forms a smooth pate. Garnish with scallions. (Recipe #802)
