Tamari Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 cup raw pumkin seeds also called pepitas
  • 3 tablespoons tamari or coconut aminos

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread seeds evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle tamari over seeds and toss gently.                                                                                                                                                                                                            Roast for 5 minutes, remove from oven and toss. Continue roasting and tossing every 5 minutes until the seeds are golden, about 15 minutes. Cool and store covered in a cool dry place.                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Toss with salads, roasted vegetables or eat alone as a snack.  (Recipe♦818)
