Tropical Mix Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 head of red cabbage shredded very fine
- 3 bok choy shredded very fine
- 2 cups tropical trail mix dried nuts and fruits, finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 orange juiced
- 0.75 cup olive oil
- 0.25 cup white balsamic vinegar
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine the shredded cabbage and bok choy in a salad bowl. Mix in the chopped nuts and dried fruits. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and combine with salad right before serving. Taste for salt and acidity - sometimes it needs more citrus juice. (Recipe #837)
