Tuna Avocado Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans flaked light tuna drained
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 0.5 cup chopped celery
  • 0.5 cup chopped red onion
  • 0.5 red apple, chopped
  • 0.25 cup chopped, toasted walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice or water
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon cumin
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mash avocado with the back of a fork or potato masher. Add tuna, celery, red onion, apple, and walnuts. Mix well. Add pickle juice (or water), dried dill, dijon, cumin, and pepper. Will keep up to a week in the refrigerator. (Recipe♦918)
