Tuna Avocado Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cans flaked light tuna drained
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 0.5 cup chopped celery
- 0.5 cup chopped red onion
- 0.5 red apple, chopped
- 0.25 cup chopped, toasted walnuts
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice or water
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 0.5 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 0.25 teaspoon cumin
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mash avocado with the back of a fork or potato masher. Add tuna, celery, red onion, apple, and walnuts. Mix well. Add pickle juice (or water), dried dill, dijon, cumin, and pepper. Will keep up to a week in the refrigerator. (Recipe♦918)
