Vegan "Cheesy Breadcrumb" Topping

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup nuts roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt or more to taste

Instructions
 

  • Roughly chop nuts. Toast in oven, toaster oven or in pan on stovetop until golden. Cool, then pulse in food processor until coarse meal. Add salt and nutritional yeast and pulse again. Add oil and pulse again. Do not over do it, or it will turn to nut butter. Keeps in refrigerator for several days. (Recipe #854)
