Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 pound pinto and.or kidney beans cooked ahead or 2 cans of beans
- 1 morning star farms protein crumbles
- 1 package taco or chili seasoning
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 green peppers 1- 3 green peppers can be used; chopped
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 cups corn kernels
Instructions
- Combine all together in a pot and bring to a simmer. Cook 25 minutes or longer (until thickened). You may or may not need to add some water, but definitely use the liquor from the beans to add moisture first. (Recipe #881)
