Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 pound pinto and.or kidney beans cooked ahead or 2 cans of beans
  • 1 morning star farms protein crumbles
  • 1 package taco or chili seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 green peppers 1- 3 green peppers can be used; chopped
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 cups corn kernels

Instructions
 

  • Combine all together in a pot and bring to a simmer. Cook 25 minutes or longer (until thickened). You may or may not need to add some water, but definitely use the liquor from the beans to add moisture first.  (Recipe #881)
