Wild Caught Cod with Parsley Miso Paste

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch parsley large
  • 3 scallions chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 0.75 cup miso
  • 0.25 cup chopped ginger
  • juice and zest of one orange
  • juice and zest of one lemon
  • 10 4 oz pieces of cod

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients except cod in food processor.Place ten 4-oz pieces of cod on a baking pan. Smoothe a dollop of parsley mixture on each piece. Bake at 375 until cod flakes (about 15-20 minutes depending on thickness).  (Recipe #897)
