Wild Caught Cod with Parsley Miso Paste

Ingredients
- 1 bunch parsley large
- 3 scallions chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 0.75 cup miso
- 0.25 cup chopped ginger
- juice and zest of one orange
- juice and zest of one lemon
- 10 4 oz pieces of cod
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except cod in food processor.Place ten 4-oz pieces of cod on a baking pan. Smoothe a dollop of parsley mixture on each piece. Bake at 375 until cod flakes (about 15-20 minutes depending on thickness). (Recipe #897)
