Yogurt Mint Sauce

Ingredients
- 6 ounces whole milk yogurt
- 4 ounces Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
- 10 finely shredded fresh mint leaves
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 0.5 teaspoon sea salt or more to taste
- 1 pinch black pepper or more to taste
Instructions
- Place everything in a small bowl and stir to combine. Season to taste and refrigerate until ready to use.
Notes
We used a small 6-ounce container of yogurt that was quite thin, so added some Greek yogurt to give it more body. You could use a thicker whole milk yogurt and skip the Greek yogurt. (Recipe #905)
