Yogurt Mint Sauce

Yogurt Mint Sauce

Servings 6 servings

Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces whole milk yogurt
  • 4 ounces Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • 10 finely shredded fresh mint leaves
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt or more to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper or more to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place everything in a small bowl and stir to combine. Season to taste and refrigerate until ready to use.  

Notes

We used a small 6-ounce container of yogurt that was quite thin, so added some Greek yogurt to give it more body. You could use a thicker whole milk yogurt and skip the Greek yogurt.  (Recipe #905)
