Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix the milk, vanilla, and cinnamon until combined. Stir in the chopped apples, raisins, oats, ground walnuts and flax seeds.Pour into an 8×8" baking dish. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. (Recipe♦235)
