Chard is a hardy green. We've harvested fall chard from our New Jersey garden as late as January. The hardiness of the chard compliments the tartness of the apple and lemon vinaigrette.
Rinse and wash the chard. Strip the chard off the stems and chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the stems and toss with leaves.Combine all ingedients, toss with vinaigrette and serve. (Recipeā¦250)
