Ingredients

heads of romaine lettuce
cleaned and chopped

kale
thinly sliced

cucumber
peeled and chopped

red pepper
thinly sliced

red onion
thinly sliced

fresh cilantro
chopped

grilled boneless chicken breasts*
cut into bite-sized pieces

cup
walnuts
coarsely chopped, or a mix of nuts and sunflower seeds

tablespoons
white sesame seeds
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and toss with Ginger Mustard Dressing. (Recipeā¦276)
Notes
*You may substitute the chicken breasts for a whole deli-roasted (rotisserie) chicken.
