Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients and form into patties. Bake on a cookie sheet for about 20 mins. Carefully flip over the patties and cook an additional 20 - 30 mins. These burgers make a delicious and protein-rich salad topping: Place mixed greens, shredded carrots and sliced bella mushrooms in a bowl and dress as you wish.
