1head of romaine lettucewashed, dried and torn into bite-sized pieces
2avocadospeeled, pitted and cubed
3slicesthick cut baconchopped
1clovegarlicminced
2tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
1teaspoonDijon mustard
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Place romaine lettuce and avocado in a large salad bowl. In a frying pan, cook bacon to desired crispness. Remove from heat and whisk in remaining ingredients. Pour warm dressing over salad. Toss and serve. (Recipeā¦733)
