celery leaves
for garnish
Instructions
Mix dates, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Stir in chopped celery.Shred the beets using spiralizer or food processor, and gently stir them into the mixture. Garnish with celery leaves and serve. (Recipe #761)
