cut in quarters

tangelos
peeled, seeded and diced

piece of ginger
grated fine

lime
juiced

tablespoons
olive oil
or more to taste

salt
or more to taste
Instructions
Combine the fruit, ginger and lime juice. Toss with olive oil and salt. Taste, adjust seasonings and serve. (Recipe #795)
