fresh herbs
chives, parsley, garlic chives or cilantro

walnuts

balsamic vinegar
sweetens, add more to taste

Instructions
Cook rice and let cool. Combine with onion, herbs, walnuts and yellow pepper. Blend the oil, vinegar, and salt, and toss with the salad. (Recipe #899)
