Your Best Ally in Health

At EFYH, our pillars of eating for your health honor a “whole person” approach to health, which places you center stage.

The behavior change process starts with you. When you place yourself in the driver’s seat on your road to better health, you are empowered to be the best judge of what changes you may need to make. After all, you probably know YOU better than anyone else.

We know in the pursuit of finding good health that physical, mental, and emotional well-being are important factors for each of us to consider. However, the principle of finding a way of eating that supports you individually applies to everyone. Our programs focus on the importance of eating real whole foods, where we elevate the role of nutrition in providing nourishment for your body and brain.

The EFYH Program won’t tell you what to eat; we will support you in learning how to cook, experiment, and make observations so that you can discover a way of eating that helps you feel in your best health.

Most people will meet roadblocks along the way in the process of making lifestyle changes. That is to be expected. It can be hard! But we know that taking small incremental steps and finding the right support can make the difference in setting realistic goals and making sustainable change.

Our facilitators are a valuable source of support and we have a network of community partners, farmers, health care practitioners, and chefs who value the place of food in supporting health and who honor the individual (you) as a partner in health. We provide the information, resources, practical tips, tools, and, of course, delicious recipes to support you along the way.

Welcome to YOUR Table.
